Description
The Market Access Associate Director is an EMEA-focused leadership role responsible for the development and execution of market access strategies that support the successful access, reimbursement and sustainable adoption of Circulatory Restorations' technologies, with primary responsibility for the IVL portfolio.

The role provides strategic direction across EMEA, drives cross-functional and country alignment, and partners with regional stakeholders to secure favourable market conditions and enable growth.

In addition, the Associate Director provides targeted strategic support to Market Access leadership across LATAM, Emerging Markets and the Middle East, contributing expertise, analysis and programme leadership to selected cross-regional priorities.

Business development capability is critical, including identifying and evaluating growth opportunities, supporting market entry and expansion plans, and developing robust business cases with commercial leadership.


* Lead and execute the market access strategy for the IVL portfolio across EMEA, aligned with Circulatory Restorations' global, regional and country business objectives.

Assess market dynamics, competitive landscapes, reimbursement policies and regulatory requirements to identify opportunities, barriers and priorities.


* Partner with regional and country commercial leadership, marketing, medical affairs, regulatory, and finance to shape pricing strategy, contracting approaches, and reimbursement models for IVL.

Lead pricing analyses, value/affordability assessments, and financial forecasting to support optimal market positioning.


* Drive a business development mindset across EMEA by identifying, sizing and prioritising new market entry and growth opportunities for IVL, including new countries, segments, sites of care and funding pathways, and translating access insights into actionable commercial expansion plans.
