Position Overview

The Senior Manager, Inventory & Planning is responsible for leading inventory and planning activities across the Vision Distribution business in EMEA.

The role ensures optimal inventory performance, product availability, planning governance and cross-functional alignment to support customer service, financial and operational objectives.

The position also leads strategic projects, continuous improvement initiatives and cost optimisation opportunities across the end-to-end supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Planning Leadership


* Lead EMEA Inventory & Planning activities for finished goods inventory across the Vision business.


* Develop and execute inventory strategies to optimise customer service, working capital and inventory health.


* Monitor and manage inventory-related KPIs, including inventory levels, SLOB, expiry risk and service performance.


* Identify supply and inventory risks and drive mitigation plans across the EMEA network.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
