Job Description

Our External Affairs team helps shape the healthcare environment by connecting public policy, stakeholder engagement, and business priorities to support innovation and sustainable patient access.
The External Affairs Coordinator supports the development and execution of strategies to advance an enabling policy and institutional environment for healthcare innovation within the Brazilian healthcare system.
The role monitors policy developments, generates strategic insights, engages key stakeholders, and collaborates across functions to support business and patient-focused priorities.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
The main activities are:
* Monitors and analyzes legislative, regulatory, and public policy developments impacting the healthcare ecosystem, patients, and business priorities.
* Develops policy analyses, briefing materials, and strategic recommendations to support decision-making.
* Builds and maintains relationships with key stakeholders across government, industry associations, academia, healthcare organizations, and civil society.
* Represents the company in approved external forums, working groups, and industry associations.
* Supports the development and execution of public policy and stakeholder engagement strategies aligned with company priorities.
