We are searching for the best talent for this position of Payer Science Liaison - Fixed Term (12 months), based in Guatemala.

Purpose:

- Leads the implementation of the field access strategy, as well as the management and development of healthcare system accounts, including payers, providers, and logistics operators.

- Implements the access strategy by therapeutic area according to brand needs and the priorities established by each CVT, driving adherence and reviewing and improving care pathways, contracting models, and payment processes involving healthcare system stakeholders.

- Consistently conducts value-based conversations about our portfolio with administrative stakeholders.

- Maintains strategic relationships with healthcare system stakeholders.

- Conducts field follow-up on all matters related to access and the positioning of our brands among administrative stakeholders.

In addition, collaborates with all internal teams to achieve the therapeutic area's objectives, ensure continuity of our therapies, and address portfolio access requests.

- Communicates clinical and economic value messages to stakeholders in alignment with the access strategy.

- Creates access opportunities and anticipates changes among payers, providers, and operators, supporting adherence, continuity, and portfolio positioning.
