I.

Salesforce System Development & Administration
1.

Lead design and development within all Salesforce Clouds
2.

Create complex product models, pricing matrices, and context rules within the CPQ framework
3.

Design and develop guided customer experiences using OmniStudio (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards)
4.

Perform advanced programmatic customization using Apex Classes, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
5.

Design and maintain secure integrations between all Salesforce Clouds and external systems via REST APIs and Mulesoft
6.

Ensure code quality and scalability through rigorous technical design reviews

II.

System Governance & Innovation
1.

Research Salesforce.com releases and updates to make proactive system recommendations
2.

Implement emerging Salesforce capabilities, including Artificial Intelligence (e.g.

AgentForce), to optimize workflows
3.

Oversee organization-wide DevOps practices and complex deployments using available tools
4.

Provide high-level oversight for all Salesforce Clouds & Products in use by Arvig
5.

Ensure all application configuration and code are optimized for performance and scalability
6.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate telecommunications requirements into technical specifications
