Delta View Post-Acute is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team on a PRN basis.

Responsibilities


* Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.


* Assist patients in achieving their individualized rehabilitation goals.


* Help patients improve strength, mobility, balance, coordination, and functional independence.


* Promote patient safety during therapeutic activities, transfers, and mobility training.


* Collaborate with PTs, nursing staff, physicians, and other interdisciplinary team members.


* Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, mobility techniques, and safety strategies.


* Accurately document treatments, progress, and patient responses in accordance with applicable regulations and facility standards.


* Communicate patient progress and concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications


* Current California Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in good standing.


* Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.


* Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative rehabilitation team.


* Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.


* Reliable and professional with a commitment to quality patient outcomes.
