What You'll Do

As a CNA, you'll play a vital role in supporting our residents' health, comfort, and quality of life by:


* Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility


* Providing compassionate, person-centered care


* Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' conditions


* Supporting a safe, clean, and welcoming environment


* Collaborating with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members


* Helping create positive experiences for residents and their families

What We're Looking For


* Current CNA certification in the State of Washington


* Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach


* Strong communication and teamwork skills


* Ability to provide exceptional care while maintaining resident dignity and respect


* Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation is welcomed but not required
