Moraga Post Acute is hiring a Dietary Aide to join our dedicated team! If you're dependable, friendly, and enjoy helping others, this is a great opportunity to work in a rewarding healthcare environment.

As a Dietary Aide, you'll help ensure our residents receive nutritious meals and excellent service while supporting the daily operations of our dietary department.

What You'll Do


* Assist with meal preparation, tray setup, and meal service.


* Deliver meals, snacks, and beverages to residents.


* Assist residents with feeding as assigned and trained.


* Follow dietary requirements and portion control guidelines.


* Wash dishes and sanitize kitchen equipment and work areas.


* Stock and organize food and dietary supplies.


* Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen and dining environment.


* Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures.


* Provide friendly, respectful service to residents and staff.


* Assist with special events and holiday meals as needed.

What We're Looking For


* Previous food service, hospitality, dietary, or healthcare experience is a plus.


* High school diploma or equivalent preferred.


* Food safety/handling knowledge preferred.


* Reliable and dependable.


* Positive attitude and strong work ethic.


* Ability to work well in a team and fast-paced environment.


* Strong communication and attention to detail.


* Compassionate and respectful when working with residents.
