Commercial Card Supplier Enablement Operations - Vice President

As a Commercial Card Operations Lead in Supplier Enablement, you lead an operations team that executes strategic initiatives aligned to Supplier Enablement priorities.
You translate strategy into scalable operating processes and repeatable playbooks that improve adoption and revenue outcomes.
You drive cross-functional execution, establish governance and operating cadence, and use data-driven insights to improve speed, quality, and consistency.
You partner closely with leaders and stakeholders to prioritize work, remove obstacles, and deliver results in a highly matrixed environment.
You help operationalize new and enhanced capabilities by defining readiness plans, workflows, and clear roles and responsibilities.
Job responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and develop an operations team supporting strategic Commercial Card initiatives, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
* Set team goals, operating cadence, and performance expectations aligned to Supplier Enablement and Commercial Card priorities.
* Own resourcing, prioritization, and execution management across multiple concurrent initiatives.
* Drive end-to-end delivery of operational initiatives, including process redesign, readiness execution, controls alignment, tooling improvements, and reporting enhancements.
* Identify operational bottlenecks impacting Supplier Enablement outcomes and implement scalable solutions to improve speed, quality, and consistency.
* Build repeatable playbooks, operating procedures, and documentation to support program execution at scale .
* Define and monitor operational performance metrics (such as cycle times, throughput, conversion readiness, and issue resolution service levels) and deliver regular executive reporting.
* Develop insights and root-cause analyses to inform prioritization, decisions, and continuous improvement.
* Ensure strong governance, including risk awareness, controls alignment, and disciplined documentation.
* Partner with Supplier Enablement leadership to align on priorities, deliverables, and execution timelines.
* Collaborate with sales, client management, product, technology, and risk and compliance partners to remove obstacles and support enablement through clear operating guides and communications.
