Lead Agent & Analytics Software Engineer II

Work You'll Do

As a Lead Analytics and Insights Engineer II you will serve as technical lead and agent architect across the team's projects, currently including a multi-agent research platform using LangGraph, FastAPI, and Docker.

You will make foundational technical decisions on each effort, stay engaged through implementation and code review, and owns project schedules, phase-gate reviews, and team ceremonies in the absence of a dedicated program manager.

You will also be expected to lead architecture across additional builds as the client scope expands.

Qualifications

Required:


* Bachelor's degree


* 5+ years of progressive experience in software and application development including operating in Agile methodology


* 2+ years of experience contributing to the development of AI Agents or Prompt Engineering


* Active Top Secret security clearance required


* Ability to perform job responsibilities within a work model that requires professionals to co-locate in person 5 days per week in Fairfax, VA.


* Ability to travel 5-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
