Cyber - Physical Security - Senior Manager
Drive strategic consulting, advisory, and delivery efforts that help clients strengthen physical security programs, align security capabilities to enterprise priorities, and build resilience across people, facilities, assets, and operations.
This role supports clients across multiple industries in areas such as security operations, intelligence, investigations, emergency communications, case and incident management, and physical security technology.
The Physical Security Senior Manager works with client stakeholders to design and enhance integrated, risk-based security programs that support physical security and operational resilience.

Work you'll do
As a Physical Security Senior Manager on the Physical Security consulting team, you will be responsible for:
* Leading client engagements focused on physical security strategy, operating model transformation, and program alignment with business objectives, operational priorities, and enterprise risk management initiatives
* Advising clients on security operations, intelligence, investigations, emergency communications, and travel risk management across complex operating environments
* Conducting security risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and threat evaluations and developing mitigation strategies and security improvement recommendations
* Guiding the design, implementation, and enhancement of physical security programs, policies, standards, procedures, and supporting technologies, including access control, video surveillance, visitor management, and integrated security systems
* Preparing and presenting executive-level updates, program metrics, risk findings, and strategic security and risk management recommendations while coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners
