Tax Manager, Global Employer Services - Equity Operations Advisory

Join Deloitte Tax LLP's Global Employer Services practice as a Tax Manager, Equity Operations, where you will advise clients on how to optimize, redesign, build, and stand up effective stock administration functions, including operating models, governance, processes, controls, technology, data, integrations, service delivery, and readiness for major corporate events.

Work you'll do

As a Deloitte Tax Manager on the Equity & Incentives team, you will be responsible for:


* Assessing current-state stock administration functions across people, process, technology, data, governance, controls, vendor models, and participant service.


* Defining target-state operating models, including scope of services, organization design, governance, escalation paths, service levels, and stakeholder interactions.


* Designing and improving end-to-end administration processes for grants, vesting, releases, exercises, purchases, cancellations, settlements, mobility, tax withholding, payroll reporting, reconciliations, and participant support.


* Leading or supporting function stand-up, transition, and stabilization activities, including implementation planning, data conversion, knowledge transfer, cutover, post-go-live support, and readiness for major corporate events.


* Advising on equity administration platforms, vendor strategy, integrations, data flows, operational risk, controls, and scalable delivery approaches for client environments.

Qualifications

Required:


* Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model that requires US Tax professionals to co-locate in person 2 - 3 days per week
