As the Director, Product Management, you will be the responsible for defining and implementing products and features for our customers related to XPO Logistics' Smart Suite and other Business Unit applications that are or may be integrated.

What you'll do on a typical day:


* Lead the development of the GXO Logistics' Smart Suite application suite product strategy and vision supported by internal and external analysis



* Determine integration opportunities between GXO Logistics' Smart Suite application and other Business Unit applications that are or may be integrated



* Define creative, high quality, simple Smart Suite application suite product roadmaps based on team strategy, vision, and business requests



* Develop detailed, crisp business requirements and user stories that can be used to create product specifications and architecture for each product and application



* Handle prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance, and operational support load.



* Create buy-in for the Smart Suite vision both internally and with key external partners



* Energize product/feature launches through working cross-functionally with executives, engineering, design, marketing and other product management team members



* Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals



* Understand and lead analyses of the competitive environment, customers, and product metrics to determine the right set of features to drive engagement and usage



* Define and research metrics that inform the success of products



* Local travel between distribution sites and offices branches; International travel may be required, expected travel 25% to 50%

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you'll need:


* Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience



* 7 years of experience designing supply chain software products, with 5 years management experience
