Maintenance Technician

Amazing Views of the Smokies is looking for a hands-on, reliable, and self-motivatedMaintenance Technician to perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and property inspections across our short-term rental portfolio.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring each property is guest-ready, safe, and maintained to high standards.

Key Responsibilities: Perform general maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, painting, carpentry, etc.) Troubleshoot and respond quickly to maintenance issues and guest-related service calls Complete preventative maintenance and routine property inspections Coordinate with vendors for specialized repairs when necessary Maintain maintenance logs and report completed work Ensure properties meet company quality and safety standards Assist with offboarding/onboarding property setup as needed
