The Opportunity Davcor Aviation Services is hiring an experienced Aircraft Quality Inspector to join commercial heavy aircraft maintenance operations in Everett, Washington.
In this role, you will provide quality oversight throughout the maintenance process, inspecting aircraft, components, completed work, and maintenance records to confirm compliance with applicable FAA requirements, approved technical documentation, customer specifications, and company procedures.
The Aircraft Quality Inspector will perform inspections at multiple stages of the maintenance process, from initial receiving and preliminary inspection through in-process verification and final buy-back.
This position plays an important role in ensuring maintenance is properly performed, documented, and completed to required airworthiness standards.
What You'll Do Inspect incoming aircraft and components using applicable customer work instructions, maintenance manuals, and approved technical data.
Perform preliminary inspections to identify aircraft or component conditions requiring documentation or corrective action.
Complete required in-process quality inspections during aircraft maintenance and modification activities.
Verify critical maintenance tasks such as torque applications, dimensional tolerances, system rigging, operational checks, and clearance-to-close requirements.
Conduct final and buy-back inspections to confirm completed maintenance meets technical, regulatory, and airworthiness requirements.
Review completed work packages and maintenance records for accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation.
Verify task cards, aircraft logbook entries, maintenance records, serviceable tags, and supporting documentation.
Ensure maintenance records comply with applicable FAA requirements, Repair Station Manual procedures, and customer Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Programs (CAMP).
When appropriately authorized, complete return-to-service inspections and required airworthiness release documentation, including aircraft logbook entries and FAA Form 337 documentation.
