Intern – Mechanical Engineer
You will serve as an integral part of the Mechanical Engineering team at FIRST RF, tackling real projects, not just busy work.
Working alongside other engineers, you will be assigned a variety of tasks that include component design, drawing creation, as well as prototyping.
This will encompass the utilization of 3D printers, communication with machine shops, as well as troubleshooting various issues that may arise.
You will work as a key member within projects to accomplish tangible goals that will expand your professional experience, and your technical skill set in an aerospace environment.
You will learn new skills every day as these positions is designed for self-starting individuals that enjoy challenges and working in teams.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a summer college intern position where the individual is expected to work 40 hours per week.
Typical office hours include Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, however these hours can be flexible.
Hybrid or virtual work arrangements are not allowed for this position.
Travel No travel is expected for this position.
