Chief Information Officer

The Chief Information Officer (CIO) is the Detroit Area Agency on Aging's senior technology executive responsible for secure, reliable, mission-aligned technology.

The CIO leads cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, data governance, responsible AI governance, vendor oversight, and digital transformation for an approximately 150-employee nonprofit serving older adults, caregivers, community partners, and employees.

This hands-on executive role advises leadership, sets technology strategy, manages vendors and budgets, and ensures timely resolution of equipment, software, network, security, and user-support issues.
