Purpose of the role In this position, you will be responsible for branch sales, customer growth, and deposit retention.

You will also direct and supervise the staff on day-to-day operations in the assigned branch location, ensuring delivery of quality customer service and achievement of sales or productivity goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Oversee a staff of 3-5 employeesResponsible for coaching, training, and reviewing employeesComplete deposits, withdrawals, and other financial interactionsProvide excellent customer serviceBalance teller stationConfirm accuracy of transactionsPrepare, verify and issue cashier checks and personal money orders, and facilitate wire transfersOpen new accountsRenegotiate certificates of depositResponsible for maintaining audit and compliance standards and reports and overseeing that subordinates do as well Education and Experience High School Diploma, required; Associates degree and equivalent industry experience in related field, preferred.Minimum 3 years of experience in the branch with at least one year as an assistant branch manager highly, required.National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E.

Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, preferred.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
