We are looking for an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team! 🏥✨

As an Occupational Therapist, you'll have the opportunity to work one-on-one with residents to help them reach their goals, regain functional abilities, and feel more confident in their everyday lives.

You'll work closely with residents, families, nursing staff, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to provide personalized, high-quality care.

🩺 WHAT YOU'LL DO:


* Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans


* Provide skilled occupational therapy services based on residents' needs and goals


* Help residents improve strength, coordination, mobility, and independence with daily activities


* Provide training and education to residents, families, and caregivers


* Monitor and document residents' progress


* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes


* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation


* Participate in care planning and communicate recommendations regarding resident progress


* Provide compassionate, resident-centered care ❤️

🌟 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:


* Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program


* Current OT license in the state of South Carolina


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills


* Excellent organizational and documentation skills


* A compassionate, patient-centered approach


* Ability to work effectively as part of a team


* Previous skilled nursing/rehab experience is preferred, but we're happy to consider the right candidate!
