What Youll Do As a Snow Operations Supervisor, you will: Lead and support snow removal teams to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality service for our clients.Coordinate with Snow Operations Managers to meet deadlines and fulfill all contractual commitments.Plan, schedule, and allocate resources efficiently to get the job done right.Perform quality control checks through site inspections and address any service issues promptly and professionally.Provide on-the-job training and coaching in customer service, technical skills, and health & safety practices.Lead by example enforce company policies, model safe practices, and build a strong team culture.Step in to operate trucks and equipment when needed to keep operations running smoothly.

What Were Looking For Education: High school diploma or equivalent.Experience: Minimum 2 years supervising crews and operating heavy machinery, ideally in snow removal or related services.Skills: Proven leadership, strong communication, and solid problem-solving abilities.Requirements: Clean drivers abstract and 24/7 availability during snow and ice events.
