Financial Analyst, Finance Development Program

Your Job
Join Molex's two-year Finance Development Program, designed to accelerate early-career finance talent into future finance leaders.

Along the way, you'll work alongside experienced leaders, drive business improvement initiatives, and gain exposure to senior finance leadership.

What You'll Gain
Upon completion, you'll be prepared for Senior Financial Analyst or Finance Business Partner opportunities, supported by cross-divisional experience, a strong professional network, and priority consideration for select finance openings across Molex.

Our goal is to develop versatile finance professionals who are prepared to take on increasing levels of responsibility and impact across Molex.
