Snow Operations Manager

The Snow Operations Manager is responsible for running and overseeing all overnight snow and ice removal operations for Clintar.

This position has overall responsibility for the successful execution of operations, including people, equipment, sites, service levels, safety, communication, and storm response.

The Snow Operations Manager is the senior leader and provides direction and accountability to six supervisors.

the supervisors are responsible for their assigned crews and areas, the the Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the entire overnight operation is coordinated, properly staffed, operating efficiently, and meeting Clintar's standards and client requirements.

This is a hands-on operational leadership position.

The successful candidate will be expected to be actively involved in the field, make decisions in real time, address issues as they arise, and take ownership of the overall overnight operation from storm mobilization through completion.

The Snow Operations Manager reports directly to the Director of Operations and works closely with them to plan, execute, and continuously improve Clintar's winter snow and ice operations.
