Work Schedule:
100% FTE, 40 hours/week.

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00pm.

Hours could vary based on operational needs of the department.

You will work onsite at Eastpark Medical Center at 4621 Eastpark Blvd., Madison, WI..

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist - Lymphedema and Oncology (OT) experience to:


* Enjoys a collaborative, multidisciplinary team approach to providing care.


* Is invested in the evaluation and treatment of patients with oncology and lymphedema conditions in an ambulatory setting.

Qualifications



* Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy Required

Work Experience



* 2 years prior relevant experience Preferred

Licenses & Certifications



* Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Wisconsin Upon Hire Required


* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 3 months Required
