What were looking for: Dynamic, outgoing, and personable team members High school diploma and one to three years of related experience Open availability to work weekends Safely and legally operate an automobile and golf cart Current drivers license with minimal violations is required.

Use effective and professional sales techniques to coordinate property viewings, discuss community layouts, and available amenities.

Maintain current and future community availability.

Assist the Business Community Manager with overall community operations Effectively communicate to our current and future residents: prepare move in and move out documents.

Use social media to deliver top notch resident and future resident experiences.
