Transportation Coordinator

Transportation CoordinatorCentral Supply & Medical Records Clerk The primary function of this position is to coordinate transportation and appointments for our residents.

This includes scheduling appointments, communicating details with residents, families and nursing staff and providing transportation to and from appointments.

The position also purchases supplies and manages facility inventory, primarily for the nursing department.

In addition, this position manages facility medical records, including filing and organizing records and providing requested documentation.

This is a full-time position, working a mixture of days and evenings depending on resident schedules.
