The Role: Manufacturing Process Quality Engineer

We are looking for an Manufacturing Process Quality Engineer to help strengthen manufacturing excellence by ensuring robust processes, driving continuous improvement, and enhancing product quality across our operations.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, solve complex manufacturing challenges, and contribute directly to operational performance within a world-class manufacturing environment.
What will you do?
Process Quality Management
* Monitor and improve manufacturing process performance to ensure consistent product quality.
* Support the implementation and maintenance of quality control plans and process standards.
* Identify process deviations and drive timely corrective and preventive actions.
* Ensure manufacturing activities comply with quality requirements and operational procedures.
Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement
* Lead investigations into manufacturing quality issues using structured problem-solving methodologies.
* Conduct root cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective actions.
* Support continuous improvement projects aimed at reducing defects, scrap, rework, and process variation.
* Drive a proactive quality mindset throughout the production organization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Product Engineering, Supplier Quality, and Supply Chain teams to resolve quality concerns.
* Support new product introductions, process transfers, and manufacturing changes from a quality perspective.
* Participate in risk assessments to ensure process readiness and product reliability.
Audit & Compliance
* Perform process audits and quality assessments to verify compliance with internal and external standards.
* Monitor implementation of corrective actions arising from audits and quality reviews.
* Support quality management system deployment and continuous compliance initiatives.
