Engineer I, Software

Join us as a Software Application Engineer I and bring your technical skills to projects that matter.

You'll design digital infrastructure and automation solutions that power critical applications across industries, working alongside experienced engineers who are committed to your growth and success.

What will you do?


* Entering database information as well as setting up controllers and computers


* Assisting with the configuration, programming, and testing of building automation and control systems under the guidance of senior engineers.


* Supporting the development and modification of software programs and front-end graphics for web page designs and menus, among other building automation projects and tasks


* Participating in system startup, troubleshooting, commissioning, and validation activities for DDC building automation systems.
Working with project teams to implement software solutions that meet project requirements, schedules, and quality standards.


* Assignments/projects will be in the office and on construction sites

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?


* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or related field.


* Programming knowledge/skills required


* Knowledge of electrical principles


* Control systems/HVAC systems knowledge a plus (but not required)

For this U.S.

based position, the expected compensation range is $70,000 - $80,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.

Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.

Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
