We're seeking the right candidate for the position of LPN Floor Nurse (NIGHT POSITION) 6 P - 6 A at Calcasieu Community Care Center.

In this vital role, you'll ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team, providing exceptional clinical leadership and support.

What You Bring to the Table: Essential Qualifications: · Evaluates the physical, emotional, and social needs of the residents.

· Reviews residents care plans, assures plans are followed and documents resident medical records.

· Supervises care provided by the Nursing Assistants assigned to the unit, providing intervention, education, and assignment adjustments.

· Prepares and administers medication and treatments.

· Consults with physicians.

· Receives and records orders as required.
