ESTIMATOR/PROJECT MANAGER

Key Duties & Responsibilities? Responsible for sourcing new customer opportunities.? Responsible for building relationships with new customers and General Contractor's while maintaining a customer base of at least 5 customers.? Responsible for estimating project cost, bid submission, customer service and executing pricing strategy with leadership.? Review specifications and drawings, attend pre-bid meetings, and analyze project requirements to ensure proposals capture all scope of work.? Coordinate and respond to Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Information (RFI) submittals, change orders, and other standard project requirements.? Maintain bid log and submit associated reports.? Responsible for sourcing and managing a team of installers to ensure projects are built to our high-qualitystandard, on-time and on budget to safety standards.? Develop project schedule, equipment plan, and staging plan for each project.? Work with internal invoicing and collections team to ensure projects are invoiced and collected in a timely fashion.? Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction.? Required to attend sales meetings.? Help negotiate subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders by working with internal Supply Chain team.? Manage project submittals, schedule, and budget to achieve maximum profitability.? Follow up on post bid projects.? Complete special projects as needed.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities? 3 plus years of commercial construction management experience required.? 3 plus years of sales experience required.? Bachelor's degree in business or construction Management a plus.? Commercial construction estimating experience required, must be familiar with entire process (pre-bid, RFI, post bid, contracting, submittals, change orders, punch list, substantial completion requirements).? Must possess knowledge of construction plan reading.? Must have the ability to access, navigate and submit bids through plan rooms.? Highly developed communication and problem-solving skills.? Strong organization skills a must.? Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and OneDrive).? Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.?
