Responsibilities


* Provide direct nursing care and support


* Administer medications and treatments


* Assist with resident assessments


* Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams


* Maintain accurate documentation


* Promote resident comfort, safety, and well-being

Qualifications


* Active LPN license


* Long-term care experience preferred


* Strong clinical and interpersonal skills


* Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
