Position Summary

Reporting to the Manager of Cash Flow, the Procurement Cash Flow Specialist supports the execution of established global and regional free cash flow plans by preparing and analyzing Finance, Procurement, and operational data.

The role monitors cash flow performance, identifies working-capital trends, risks, and opportunities, and provides recommendations for review.

The position supports forecasting, governance routines, payment-term activities, and cross-functional delivery within defined processes, priorities, and control frameworks.

The role focuses on working-capital and cash flow outcomes rather than traditional cost-savings objectives.

Key Responsibilities

* Monitor free cash flow and working-capital performance within established reporting routines, including relevant drivers such as payment terms and accounts payable.

* Update and analyze dashboards, forecasts, variance analyses, and management reports; investigate deviations and summarize key drivers, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions for review.

* Support the identification, validation, tracking, and reporting of cash flow initiatives, using established methodologies and ensuring benefits are supported by consistent data, documented assumptions, and appropriate evidence.

* Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, and business teams to collect inputs, resolve routine data issues, and deliver agreed actions within established governance frameworks.

* Execute payment-term governance and supplier-level analyses, including opportunity identification, exception tracking, implementation follow-up, and benefit reconciliation, with guidance on non-routine matters.

* Maintain accurate master data, trackers, standard operating procedures, and audit-ready evidence in accordance with applicable policies and controls.
