Purpose: The MedTech EP + Neuro Supply Chain Plan Lead supports a strategic supply chain transformation initiative focused on the implementation of a new distribution hub and the expansion of a multi-node distribution network.

This role serves as a key planning resource responsible for evaluating, designing, and implementing inventory, replenishment, and distribution planning processes that enable a seamless transition to the future-state supply network.

This role partners with Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Customer Service, IT, and Distribution Operations teams to assess business impacts, develop inventory and replenishment strategies, and support implementation activities associated with network expansion.

This role provides leadership to evaluate planning scenarios, identify supply chain risks, and support deployment of Multi-Node Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP), inventory deployment, and replenishment processes to ensure supply continuity and customer service performance throughout the transformation
