Purpose:

The Director of Process Engineering will serve as the strategic leader for the global process engineering organization.

The role will support contact lens manufacturing across Jacksonville and Limerick.

This leader is accountable for defining the long-term engineering vision, operating model, governance, and technical roadmap.

These elements must strengthen process capability, improve manufacturing robustness, enable technology and product transfers, and deliver reliable, compliant, and scalable performance across global manufacturing sites.

This leader will set clear expectations for how process engineering operates globally.
