Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Reliability Maintenance Technician Co-op located in Wilson, NC.

This Co-op role supports the development of a new large molecule drug substance manufacturing site, offering a comprehensive learning experience.

You'll collaborate closely with the process engineering team, team leads, project engineers, and external vendors.

This opportunity provides valuable industry skills and professional development, including practical experience in process engineering, project management enhancement, and networking with industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities:


* Preparing and executing documentation supporting equipment operation and maintenance



* Demonstrate an understanding of Maintenance System governing Utilities and Production process



* Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of biopharmaceutical manufacturing equipment,



* Understand instruments and their use supporting maintenance equipment process



* Implement tools for measuring, tracking, and improving standards compliance.



* Demonstrate communication and collaboration skills across functions.



* Assist in developing maintenance plan for equipment inspection and testing.



* Support administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and preparing documents.



* Communicate with internal teams and external vendors as needed.



* Participate in testing and troubleshooting of systems supporting production processes



* Help document processes and create standard operating procedures (SOPs).



* Support project managers in coordinating and tracking project activities.
