We are searching for the best talent for an IT Lead - Functional Engineering role to be located in New Brunswick, NJ, or surrounding J&J office locations in New Jersey.

This position is within the Technology Services Legal product group in Johnson & Johnson Technology.

This role reports into the Senior IT Manager for the legal product area and joins the existing delivery/build teams to lead Enterprise Legal Engineering capabilities in a highly regulated healthcare environment.

The individual will be responsible for designing and building secure, scalable, and integrated solutions and/or enhancements to various Legal products, most specifically the Litify Enterprise Legal Management product.

As the Functional Engineering Lead, you will work closely with business and technology product owners (BPO & TPO) leaders across Enterprise Legal, and other IT areas to deliver and improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.
