This global category leadership role is responsible for developing and executing end-to-end procurement strategies for external analytical development, laboratory testing, and related scientific services across modalities, development stages, and regions.

The Senior Manager will partner with scientific, technical, quality, supply chain, and procurement leaders to build supplier strategies that advance product development, regulatory compliance, data integrity, innovation, operational performance, and supply continuity.

Category Strategy and Leadership


* Develop and execute the global category strategy for Analytical Development & Testing across Innovative Medicine R&D and relevant partner organizations.


* Lead strategies for external analytical development, method development, validation and transfer, characterization, release and stability testing, raw-material, drug-substance and drug-product testing, microbiology, compendial testing, and specialized laboratory services.
