We are searching for the best talent for the Head of Finance, Monarch Platform, based in Santa Clara, California.

Purpose: As a key member of the Monarch Platform Leadership Team, the Head of Finance will partner with the Monarch President and senior leaders across Robotics and Surgery to develop and execute business strategy.

The role has end-to-end P&L ownership and provides strategic financial counsel across Sales, Marketing, R&D, Service, Supply Chain, and other enabling functions, helping to drive performance and strategic decision-making for a global platform operating across multiple markets.

The Head of Finance will lead finance managers and analysts, develop talent, and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture built on diverse perspectives, individual strengths, and candid feedback.

Key responsibilities include:


* Serve as the strategic finance partner to the Monarch President and Platform Leadership Team.
