EMEA Central SC Plan Sr Manager (PG31)

Role Purpose & Scope
As the senior leader of the Central EMEA Planning organization, this role is accountable for defining and executing the regional planning strategy, driving enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, and ensuring alignment between commercial objectives, supply chain performance, and financial outcomes across a complex and highly matrixed environment.

The role serves as a critical member of the EMEA Supply Chain leadership team and acts as the primary regional interface with global planning, commercial, and operational stakeholders.

The EMEA Central SC Plan Sr Manager leads the Central EMEA Planning organization and is accountable for regional planning performance across Demand Planning, IBP, Inventory Management, Replenishment, and Service Management.
This role provides strategic leadership to a team of planning managers and senior planners, ensuring alignment between regional, country, and global stakeholders while delivering business objectives related to forecast accuracy, customer service, inventory optimization, and financial performance.

The Sr Manager establishes planning governance, drives operating model excellence, sponsors digital transformation initiatives, and serves as the primary EMEA planning representative in global decision-making forums.
