As part of the Value Chain Excellence organization, the Global Supply Chain Reliability and End-to-End Performance Management team helps leaders understand how the supply chain is performing, identify potential risks earlier, and coordinate actions to improve reliability.

The team creates common ways to measure performance, review results, assign ownership, and follow through on improvement opportunities so that issues are addressed clearly, consistently, and with the needs of patients and customers in mind.
