The Manager, People Insights & Decision Advisory sits within the People Insights & Advisory Services arm of the HR Data & Intelligence team, accountable for applying people analytics expertise to Johnson & Johnson's highest-priority workforce, talent, and organizational decisions.

The role focuses on the most consequential business questions - where rigorous analysis, behavioral insight, and clear narratives can materially improve decision quality and outcomes.

Operating as a strategic advisor and decision scientist, the Manager, People Insights & Decision Advisory partners with HR and business leaders to shape and refine priority decision questions, translate them into testable hypotheses, and apply rigorous analytical methods to generate insight.
