As an HR Generalist in the HR Rotational Program (HRRP), you will be immersed in the development, implementation, administration, and operation of high-value, quality human resources programs, practices, and procedures that serve all levels of team members.

Through each rotation, you will assist in the integration of complex business factors to build business capability and drive business change efforts - all while leveraging data, technology, and people-centered solutions to deliver real business impact.

Program Overview

The HR Rotation Program (HRRP) is a developmental program consisting of three rotations across key Human Resources functions.

Designed to accelerate career growth and build well-rounded HR professionals, the HRRP provides structured exposure to diverse areas of the business, equipping participants with the breadth of experience, strategic acumen, and cross-functional partnerships needed to become future HR leaders at Dell Technologies.
