Rossmoor Post Acute is seeking a friendly, dependable, and compassionate Hospitality Aide to join our team on a Part-Time basis.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and wants to gain experience in a healthcare and skilled nursing environment.

No prior healthcare or hospitality experience is required — we are willing to train the right candidate!

Position Summary

The Hospitality Aide helps create a welcoming, clean, and comfortable environment for our residents.

This position provides support with non-clinical tasks and assists residents, families, visitors, and staff with day-to-day needs.

The ideal candidate is reliable, personable, attentive to detail, and enjoys working with people.

Essential Responsibilities


* Provide friendly and courteous assistance to residents, families, visitors, and staff.


* Help maintain clean, organized, and welcoming common areas.


* Assist with meal and dining room preparation and clean-up.


* Deliver and retrieve items as requested by residents or staff.


* Assist residents with non-clinical hospitality needs within the scope of the position.


* Help ensure resident rooms and common areas are comfortable and well-maintained.


* Answer basic resident requests and direct clinical concerns to the appropriate nursing staff.


* Assist with activities and special events as needed.


* Maintain a professional and respectful environment.


* Follow facility safety, infection control, and privacy policies.


* Communicate resident needs or concerns to appropriate staff members.


* Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications


* No previous experience required — training provided!


* Friendly, positive, and compassionate attitude.


* Dependable and punctual.


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


* Ability to work well with residents, families, and team members.


* Ability to follow instructions and facility policies.


* Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.


* Previous customer service, hospitality, or healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
