Copper Ridge Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our nursing team.

We currently have 1-2 full-time openings available.

Responsibilities


* Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of an RN.


* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.


* Monitor residents' conditions and document changes.


* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans.


* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.


* Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility standards.

Qualifications


* Current Montana LPN license in good standing.


* Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.


* Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.


* Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
