All Saints Sub Acute is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team on a Full-Time AM shift.

Position Summary

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides hands-on, compassionate care to residents while promoting their comfort, dignity, safety, and overall well-being.

The CNA works closely with licensed nurses and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure residents receive high-quality, individualized care in accordance with care plans and facility standards.

Essential Responsibilities


* Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.


* Assist with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation.


* Obtain and accurately record vital signs and report changes in resident condition to the licensed nurse.


* Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests.


* Assist with meals and encourage appropriate nutrition and hydration.


* Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.


* Provide respectful, compassionate care while maintaining resident dignity, privacy, and confidentiality.


* Accurately document care provided according to facility policies and procedures.


* Follow all infection control, safety, and resident rights policies.


* Communicate effectively with residents, families, nursing staff, and other members of the healthcare team.


* Perform additional duties as assigned by nursing leadership.

Qualifications


* Current California CNA certification in good standing.
