As a Project Manager- Home Lending Regulatory in the Program Management Office (PMO), you will play a pivotal role in delivering projects that are essential to our business and industry and you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, guiding initiatives from initial planning through to successful completion.

This is a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your strategic thinking, attention to detail, and ability to navigate ambiguity will be highly valued and you'll facilitate impactful working sessions, prepare executive materials, and ensure all project documentation meets audit and compliance standards.

You will also coordinate resources across multiple projects and may involve managing staff as the team evolves.

Job responsibilities


* Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex regulatory and investor-driven projects in Home Lending.


* Develop project roadmaps and detailed task plans to ensure timely delivery with compliance deadlines.


* Facilitate cross-functional sessions to review new regulations, identify impacts, and define business requirements.


* Assign and track project tasks, drive accountability, and escalate risks or issues as needed.


* Prepare and present clear, concise updates and materials for executive audiences and governance meetings.


* Ensure strict adherence to the PMO's project management framework, maintaining comprehensive, audit-ready documentation.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* Bachelor's-level education or equivalent work experience.


* Seasoned experience leading complex projects or programs, ideally in home lending, mortgage servicing, or financial services.


* Strong understanding of project management methodologies and experience working within a structured, controlled framework.


* Proven ability to deliver results under tight deadlines and shifting priorities, and comfortable navigating ambiguity, adapting to change, and maintaining focus on outcomes.
