Consumer Banking Deposits 2.0 - Product, Senior Associate

As a Senior Product Delivery Associate within the Consumer Banking Deposits 2.0 team, you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way.
You will partner with cross-functional teams, build key relationships, and help ensure products continuously deliver value for customers and the business.
Job Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the Product Manager to execute key delivery tasks and identify opportunities to improve efficiencies.
* Support the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitor adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
* Raise blockers and other impediments to the Product Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources are available.
* Drive resolution of issues while providing highly transparent status reporting.
* Apply AI-enabled delivery insights to identify recurring impediments, dependency risks, and efficiency opportunities while validating recommendations with product delivery and controls partners.
* Support responsible AI-assisted change readiness and release reporting practices that improve transparency, stakeholder alignment, and adherence to risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
* 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
* Demonstrated performance in product management or a related domain.
* Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities.
* Experience supporting product deployment processes.
* Strong ability to collaborate across business, operations, technology, risk, and control partners.
* Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
* Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle.
* Experience working within large-scale product delivery or transformation initiatives.
* Familiarity with Agile product delivery frameworks and release management practices.
* Exposure to AI-enabled tools, analytics, or reporting capabilities that support delivery effectiveness and transparency.
