Work you'll do

As a Manager on the Real Estate Technology team, you will be responsible for:


* Identifying opportunities to improve client real estate processes and operations and translating business needs into functional and technical requirements


* Leading client interviews and workshops and supporting solution design for configurations, integrations, data migrations, and reporting


* Leading teams and workstreams to support project delivery and overall engagement success


* Leading project phases, including kickoff, design, development, testing, deployment, and support, while managing workplans and scope changes


* Developing project deliverables, including process flows, architecture diagrams, functional design documents, test scenarios, training plans, and deployment materials


* Serving as a liaison between client and technical teams, supporting proposal development, and guiding junior practitioners across engagements


* Providing coaching, oversight, and support to delivery teams and staff


* Leading or supporting proposal development, client relationship development, and business development activities
