Molex is seeking a Quality Systems Coordinator to join our team in Hudson, WI.

In this role, you will support and maintain the effectiveness of the site's Quality Management System while driving compliance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

In this role, you will partner closely with Quality, Engineering, and Operations teams to support document control, audits, corrective actions, and quality improvement initiatives.

The successful candidate will help ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and quality management system requirements while driving sustainable improvements that enhance quality performance and customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do



* Ensure document control compliance by managing site procedures, work instructions, visual aids, and forms, using the Engineering Change & Technical Record (ECTR) process.


* Coordinate controlled document reviews and revisions to maintain accurate, current, and effective quality system documentation.


* Support compliance with ISO, customer, and regulatory requirements through effective administration of the site Quality Management System.


* Plan, coordinate, and support internal, customer, and external audits while ensuring timely closure of audit findings and verification of corrective action effectiveness.


* Facilitate corrective and preventive action (CAPA) investigations and support structured root cause analysis activities using tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone, and 8D.


* Monitor nonconformances, customer complaints, CAPA performance, and root cause analysis completion metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.


* Partner with Quality, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure effective implementation of engineering record changes and quality system updates.


* Lead and participate in Lean, continuous improvement, measurement system improvement, and error-proofing initiatives that improve quality and operational performance.


* Drive a culture of continuous improvement by enabling teams to identify, communicate, and implement sustainable solutions that enhance quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
