In this role, you will work across integration and divestiture engagements, support critical technology decisions, and deliver practical solutions that drive value from Day 1 through long-term transformation.

Work You'll Do

As a Consultant in M&A IT, as part of the M&A Integration & Divestiture (I&D) team, you will be responsible for supporting clients through technology integration, separation, and transformation activities tied to mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring events.


* Analyze client business and technology requirements to support IT integration and separation planning across M&A transactions


* Support workstreams involving IT infrastructure separation, data center migration, application integration, application rationalization, and synergy or cost reduction initiatives


* Evaluate data, develop business cases, and contribute to financial and operational analyses used to inform client decision-making


* Manage day-to-day work product, identify client issues, and contribute to the development of recommendations and deliverables for corporate and private equity clients


* Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to support proposal development, transaction execution, and project delivery across multiple time zones
