What the position entails: As a member of the Electronics Cooling Business (ECB) team, the Senior Manufacturing Engineer will play a key role in supporting manufacturing operations and executing customer programs for Brazeway's growing electronics cooling business.

This role is central to the transition from prototype builds to structured, repeatable low-volume production, coordinating activities across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to ensure successful delivery in a rapidly evolving, high-growth environment.

Major Responsibilities: · Lead manufacturing execution including schedule, priorities, and deliverables for flow loop and related assemblies · Coordinate cross-functional activities across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Commercial teams · Translate customer forecasts and requirements into actionable build plans and production schedules · Coordinate production activities across assembly, testing, and outsourced operations · Track WIP, throughput, and build status to ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery · Monitor availability of key outsourced components (e.g., cold plates, bent tubes) and escalate supply risks · Lead and support transition of key processes from outsourced to in-house (e.g., tube bending, cold plates) · Ensure adherence to defined processes, work instructions, and documentation requirements · Support root cause analysis, issue tr...
